Coffee-Soaked MacBook Air Lives Again – Plus a Contentful Update!

Finally, some good news regarding the coffee-soaked MacBook Air. It's alive again! After a thorough cleaning under the hood of all components that had been showered with coffee, the battery finally started charging, and after a while, the computer booted up again. The Apple logo looked unusually happy for once.

Now I hope the adventure with this computer is over, and it lasts for a while longer. It's already several years old, but it should manage for a bit more. Okay, enough about this computer now, all's well that ends well :)

I've been using Contentful for a while now to manage all blog posts, and I think it works great. I actually looked at alternative solutions when the API calls started skyrocketing, but that was solved instead with smarter caching and how often I call Contentful for new content.

There's a lot in Contentful I haven't delved into yet, but it feels like it's time to check if there's anything useful that makes life easier.
